USING YOUR VOICE FOR SELF-HEALING: TONING AND HUMMING
Wednesday, March 10, 7:30 p.m.
In this monthly drop in class, we will use our own voices to tone for healing. You don’t need to be a singer! Everyone can tone. We will learn simple exercises to promote well-being, relaxation and healing. We always have our voices with us without the expense of any instrument. When we create sound in our own bodies, it has amazing benefits. Learn this easy self-care practice. This month we will also review techniques with the Humming Techniques we learned last month and also start to incorporate some simple chants. Offered by donation. Suggested donation $20.

NEW MOON SPRING INTO CREATIVITY MEDITATION
March 13, 2021 8 p.m.
We will join together online on Zoom for the New Moon and a meditation for springing into creativity. Your soul wants to express creativity in its own unique way. Maybe art, or through cooking, writing, working with plants, repurposing clothing, singing, playing an instrument, etc. There are as many ways to express creativity as there are individuals We will do some practices to help you release any barriers to expressing your creativity and to get more in touch on how you’d like to express your creativity. We will use the energy of the New Moon to send out our intentions around our creativity. Let the light of your Soul shine forth this Spring as you delve more deeply into letting your unique light shine through your creativity. You might want to have a journal nearby to take notes on any guidance you receive.

COMMUNITY CACAO CEREMONY SPRING EQUINOX

Our monthly community cacao ceremony. This Cacao Ceremony will be online. If you already have cacao, please have it prepared and ready to drink at the beginning of the ceremony. If you need cacao, please let me know ASAP so I can ship a bar to you. The bar itself is a one pound brick and is $50. U.S. shipping is $8.45. The ceremony itself will be offered on a donation basis at this time. If you are unable to purchase cacao at this time, you may join us with a cup of tea or other beverage, but we recommend consuming the cacao if you are able.
