APRIL ON LINE SOUNDS FOR THE SOUL EVENTS

Be the Peace and Calm in the Eye of the Storm
With this time of social distancing, quarantines, isolation, lock downs, economic challenges, and uncertainty, I am creating an online group to meet our needs for connection, communication, and support. If you are in fear, anxious or stressed, my intention is to create a vibratory field for the group members to release lower energies, assist in healing, and help transmute energy to move into being the peace and calm found in the eye of the storm. This group will help shift the collective chaos affecting you to a more expanded consciousness within you.
The group will have time for sharing with each other and practices and techniques will be shared to assist in connecting with our source of inner peace, to feel safe, to release, relax, refresh and renew.
These practices are offered to help reduce anxiety and stress during these times; to improve sleep quality; to provide immune system support; to enhance a deeper relationship with the inner self, awareness and understanding; to provide group and community support; to help you step out of overwhelm and into empowerment.
Our first meeting, via Zoom, will be on Friday, 4/3 at 4:33 p.m. At this meeting we will discuss frequency of meetings and days and times of future meetings.

Are you an empath? Are you having difficulty taking on others energy during these difficult times? Join me for a 2 part class focusing on techniques to help you identify your own energies versus that of others, and how to transmute those energies without taking them into you, while lifting your own vibrations and being of service to the collective consciousness in the transmutation of those energies. Learn about your gift, be able to safely open your heart, improve your life quality, be the love you are, and step into your true and authentic power.

Online Cacao Ceremony
Friday, April 17
This Cacao Ceremony will be our first online cacao ceremony due to the situation with the covid 19. If you already have cacao, please have it prepared and ready to drink at the beginning of the ceremony. If you need cacao, please let me know ASAP so I can ship a bar to you. It takes 2 to 3 days from my location to the Des Moines area. If you are joining us from another area of the world, I will share ordering info directly from Keith’s Cacao in Guatemala.
Go to http://www.keithscacao.com/ Place your order for how many bars you wish to order. When you check out you will be given the opportunity to apply the CPID discount code jennings18US25, and your discount will be applied to your purchase. Shipping and handing charges will apply. The cacao bar is a 1 1b. bar for $50. The ceremony itself will be offered on a donation basis this time. If you are unable to purchase cacao at this time, you may join us with a cup of tea or other beverage, but we recommend consuming the cacao if you are able.
