for much longer. If you have been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious, this mindfulness
meditation accompanied by the sounds will help you reach deep meditative states. As we do this

New Moon Gong Meditation
6:30 p.m.

At the new moon, it is the perfect time to create what you want to manifest in your life.
We set intentions on how we want things to look in our lives. The new moon gong meditation assists us
to stay connected with our mind, body and spirit, utilizing the moon energy as a healing
experience. The sound of the gong “re-tunes” us on many levels, bringing us into harmony and
deep levels of inner peace. These sounds work on a cellular level as well as an emotional level.
Participants may bring a yoga mat and other items for their comfort (i.e. blanket, pillow, eye
cover, bottled water, journal). You will be “bathed” in sound during this session.
The gong sounds will help detoxify the body. (Be sure to drink plenty of pure water following the
session.) The sounds of the gong will remind you of your inner ability to be in bliss, as well as
take you into a state of deep relaxation and peacefulness.

Learn how to use the Pythagorean Perfect Fifth Interval Tuning Forks for tranquility and
relaxation, balancing the hemispheres of the brain, clearing and balancing the chakras and
balancing the auric field. Each student will learn how to use this set of C and G tuning forks on
themselves and others. Powerful yet simple to use.

Yoga in Resonance

Sounds for the Soul by Deb Jennings and her team of dedicated players will help you immerse
yourself in a slow-paced, long-holds yoga practice to help you sink deeply into your body and set
aside any habitual mental chatter. This special practice will be led by Drew Mathhew Maifeld of
dmYOGA and accompanied by the soothing, stress-melting vibrations of sacred instruments such
as gongs, singing bowls, Native American flutes and more.

Full Moon Gong Meditation
6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Energy Exchange: $15 per person.
The full moon is an excellent time to release what is no longer serving you.
The gong meditation enhances the releasing process.
Members may bring a yoga mat and other items (i.e. pillow,

guidance and messages received during the meditation.

At the time of the full moon, the energy supports us in releasing anything that no longer serves us, perhaps a behavior,
a belief, thought pattern, whatever you are ready to let go of, to make room for the new that you
wish to create. At this group meditation, we will combine our intentions with the frequencies of
multiple gongs, crystal singing bowls and other instruments to bring about the healing process
within each of us. As we do this healing work on ourselves, we help to heal our world. As we
heal our world, we heal ourselves. We will work with our breath and the vibrations of
unconditional love and gratitude

Self-Care Saturday Spa Sound Bath

level. Tuning in to the Sounds for the Soul instruments, you will be rewarded with rest,
relaxation, restoration and renewal. Love and nurture yourself at this deeply relaxing spa sound
bath, as you are bathed by the sounds of gongs, Tibetan, crystal and alchemy singing bowls,
tuning forks, Native American flutes and percussion instruments. Receive the vibrations of
unconditional love and gratitude. You will be pampered with lots of individual sound healing
techniques during the group sound bath. Practitioners will create an incredible soundscape for
your inner journey. Essential oil sprays, candles, and a guided deep relaxation technique using
the 61 points of awareness of yoga nidra (no yoga experience necessary) will enhance your spa
sound bath experience. This would make a wonderful gift to yourself and a friend.
