BE THE PEACE AND CALM IN THE EYE OF THE STORM ONLINE SUPPORT GROUP Meets Monday and Friday at 8 p.m. central and Thursdays at 9 a.m. central At the beginning of the pandemic, I created this group to help deal with social distancing, quarantines, isolation, lock downs, economic challenges, and uncertainty. We continue to gather on Zoom to meet our needs for connection, communication, and support. If you are in fear, anxious or stressed, my intention is to create a vibratory field for the group members to release lower energies, assist in healing, and help transmute energy to move into being the peace and calm found in the eye of the storm. This group will help shift the collective chaos affecting you to a more expanded consciousness within you. The group will have time for sharing with each other and practices and techniques will be shared to assist in connecting with our source of inner peace, to feel safe, to release, relax, refresh and renew.
